RULES

1. You must have a high quality site.
2. Site must have a domain or be hosted by a domain. Related sites are the only exceptions.
3. Link back to me before or right after you apply.
4. To be considered an elite or top affiliate, your site must have exquisite quality and constant updating. Elite affiliates MUST have a domain and must be in English.
